1. 总则
- MiniTavern Ultra(「App」、「我们」、「我们的」)是由 XINGYUNNETWORK.LTD 提供的、面向 Silly Tavern 爱好者的付费移动聊天工具。
- 与标准版 MiniTavern 不同,Ultra 不包含广告、会员订阅、内置模型服务。Ultra 专注于 BYOK 模式:您使用自己的 API 密钥,直连您选择的第三方 LLM 提供商,获得更纯净、本地优先的聊天体验。
- 付费与授权: 您通过应用商店完成一次性购买后,即可获得 Ultra 的终身使用权(以有效购买记录及我们的许可证验证为准)。Ultra 不出售、不捆绑 AI 模型调用额度或订阅服务。
- 产品关系: MiniTavern Ultra 与标准版 MiniTavern 为独立产品,各自适用不同的隐私政策与用户条款。
- 重要声明: MiniTavern Ultra 与 Silly Tavern 没有任何隶属关系或财务关联。
- 隐私优先设计: Ultra 无需注册或创建账户。
- 使用本 App 即表示您同意本政策。 如果您不同意,请停止使用并可通过应用商店申请退款(以各应用商店规则为准)。

2. 我们收集什么和不收集什么
2.1 我们收集的内容
- 购买时的设备标识符:
- 当您完成 MiniTavern Ultra 的一次性购买后,我们会收集设备 ID(或与应用商店购买凭证相关联的验证标识),用于终身许可证验证与欺诈防范。
- 目的: 确认合法购买、防止许可证滥用或非法复制。

- 我们不收集广告或行为分析数据: Ultra 不含第三方广告,也不收集广告标识符、广告互动或用于产品分析的用户操作轨迹。
- 我们不收集您导入的内容:
- 当您选择导入特定文件(例如带元数据的 PNG 角色卡)或选择照片作为头像时,App 仅访问您明确选择的文件。
- PNG 元数据可能在本地读取以提供 App 内功能,不会传输至我们的服务器。头像图片在本地处理,不会上传至我们的服务器。未经您明确操作,我们不会访问您的其他照片或文件。
- 我们不收集您的 LLM 对话:
- 对话内容默认保存在您的设备上。App 通过 BYOK 模式将请求发送至您配置的第三方 LLM 端点;我们不在自己的服务器上收集或存储您的对话内容,除非您将来明确启用可选的云功能(见第 9 节)。
- 我们不收集您的 API 密钥:
- 所有 API 密钥均加密存储在您的设备本地。我们无法读取您的 API 凭据,也不会将其传输至我们的服务器。
- 我们不收集诊断信息:
- 我们不主动收集崩溃日志、性能遥测或其他匿名诊断数据。App 稳定性主要依赖开发测试及您通过电子邮件提交的反馈。
3. 我们请求的平台权限
我们仅在特定功能需要时,通过清晰的上下文提示请求权限。您可以随时在系统设置中拒绝或撤销可选权限。
详细说明:
- 文件/媒体访问(仅限用户选择的文件)
- 目的: 导入用户选择的 PNG 角色卡,并读取其嵌入元数据以启用相关功能;不进行广泛的文件系统扫描。
- 数据流: 处理在本地进行,不会上传至我们的服务器。
- 照片/图像访问(仅限用户选择的文件)
- 目的: 允许您从相册中选择一张照片作为个人头像。
- 数据流: 处理在本地进行。我们不会扫描或收集您的整个照片库。
- 网络访问
- 目的: 在 BYOK 模式下,与您配置的 LLM API 端点通信。
- 数据流: 请求由您的设备直接发往第三方提供商;我们不作为中间代理存储或审查您的提示词内容。
4. 我们如何使用数据
我们仅将所收集的有限数据用于以下目的:
- 验证您的一次性购买及终身许可证状态;
- 提供并维护您请求的功能(如角色卡导入、本地头像设置);
- 执行我们的条款,防止欺诈、滥用或非法使用,并履行法律义务。
我们不会:
- 出售您的数据;
- 将您的数据用于广告或个性化营销;
- 将您的数据共享给广告网络或数据分析平台;
- 通过我们的服务器中转、托管或代管您的 LLM 请求与对话内容。
BYOK 说明: Ultra 仅作为您与第三方 LLM 提供商之间的本地客户端。您输入的内容将按您的配置发送至相应第三方;该等提供商对其收到的数据处理方式,受其各自隐私政策约束。
5. LLM 内容、安全和用户责任
- 本 App 是用于 AI 角色扮演的本地界面工具,对话能力完全由您自行配置并付费的第三方 LLM 提供商提供。内容安全、过滤与合规措施主要由上游提供商负责。
- 应用内提示: 在开始对话前,我们会提醒用户不要向 LLM 提交个人、敏感或非法信息。您对自己输入及生成的内容负责。
- 禁止使用: 您不得使用本 App 创建或传播涉及未成年人的非法、有害、仇恨或色情内容,或侵犯他人知识产权。违规行为可能导致我们依法采取限制措施。
- 第三方处理: 您应了解,您选择的 LLM 提供商可能会根据其数据政策处理您提交的提示词与回复。我们建议您不要在对话中分享敏感个人信息、密码或机密资料。
6. 未成年人与年龄限制
- 本 App 作为工具提供,不对 LLM 生成内容进行审核。用户需自行负责使用并遵守适用法律。
- 若我们通过用户反馈或法律要求得知未成年人不当使用本 App,我们可能采取合理限制措施以符合适用法规。
- Ultra 不含广告,因此不涉及广告相关的年龄同意或欧盟广告追踪框架。
7. NSFW 内容控制
- 我们可能在本 App 或相关说明中提供 NSFW 相关提示、举报渠道或区域合规说明,以减少不当内容的传播风险;具体以 App 内实际功能为准。
- 用户可通过电子邮件向我们举报 NSFW 或涉嫌违法内容。经核实后,我们可能在法律允许范围内采取相应措施。
8. 外部链接和第三方内容
- 角色卡、预设或用户生成的内容可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的链接。
- 我们不对第三方网站、服务或其内容负责。您对第三方服务的使用受其各自条款与隐私政策管辖。
- LLM 提供商(如 OpenAI、Anthropic、DeepSeek、Ollama 远程端点等)根据其各自隐私政策处理您通过 BYOK 发送的数据。请选择您信任的服务商,并自行管理 API 密钥安全。
9. 未来的云功能和内容审查
- 若我们未来为 Ultra 引入可选的云存储、云同步或云审查功能,我们将:
- 提供清晰、事先的选择加入机制及专门同意界面;
- 将数据处理范围限制在所声明目的之内,并采取严格的访问控制;
- 在功能发布前更新本政策及应用商店数据安全声明。
- 在未经您明确同意前,我们不会将您的对话、角色卡或 API 密钥上传至我们的云端。
10. 数据共享、处理方和传输
- 我们可能使用经审查的数据处理方协助完成应用商店购买验证、支付对账、基础设施托管或法律合规等必要事项,并与其签订数据处理协议;共享数据遵循最小必要原则并采取加密等保护措施。
- Ultra 不与广告平台、OpenRouter 或内置模型服务商共享您的个人数据用于提供 AI 推理服务——相关通信由您的设备直接与第三方 LLM 提供商进行。
- 若发生跨境传输,我们仅在具备充分保障措施(如标准合同条款 SCC 或同等机制)的前提下进行,并仍对处理方合规性承担相应责任。
11. 安全措施
- 传输中(TLS)与静态存储(如适用)加密;
- 生产系统的访问控制、最小权限原则及审计日志;
- 定期安全审查、漏洞管理与事件响应流程;
- 如发生涉及我们系统的数据安全事件,我们将根据法律要求通知受影响用户及主管机关。
12. 数据保留
- 购买验证用设备标识符: 保留至终身许可证有效期间,并在之后最多保留 90 天;
- 头像与角色卡: 仅保留在您的设备上,直至您替换、删除或卸载 App;
- 本地对话缓存: 仅驻留在您的设备上,除非您将来启用可选云功能;
- 当数据不再服务于所述目的且无法律保留义务时,我们将删除或匿名化处理。
13. 您的权利和选择
- 您可在设备系统设置中管理或撤销 App 权限;
- 您可联系我们,请求访问、更正或删除我们持有的与您购买验证相关的数据(在法律允许范围内);
- 对于加利福尼亚、欧盟经济区 (EEA)、英国、瑞士等地区的用户,您可能享有额外权利(如访问、删除、数据可携带、反对处理等)。请通过文末联系方式行使这些权利;
- 本 App 无需创建账户,因此不存在传统意义上的「账户注销」;卸载 App 将清除设备本地的对话、角色卡与 API 密钥(除非您另行备份)。

14. 儿童隐私

15. 本政策的变更
- 我们将发布更新版本,并附上新的「最后更新」日期。重大变更将在 App 内显著提示。变更后继续使用本 App,即视为您接受更新后的政策。
16. 服务免责声明
- 您理解并同意,App 及 BYOK 相关服务可能因多种因素中断或出现故障,包括但不限于:
- 您的设备、网络连接或 API 配置错误;
- 第三方 LLM 提供商的服务变更、限流、宕机或政策调整;
- 地震、火灾、洪水等不可抗力;
- 政府行为、网络攻击或其他不可控事件。
- 因上述原因导致的服务中断,我们无法保证连续性与稳定性;第三方 LLM 的可用性、响应质量及费用由相应提供商决定,Ultra 不承担相关保证责任。
- App 内提供的信息仅供参考,不构成任何投资、法律或医疗建议。
17. 争议解决
- 若您因违反本政策或相关法律法规给我们造成损失,您应依法承担相应赔偿责任;
- 因本政策引起或与之相关的争议,应首先协商解决;协商不成的,任何一方可向我们所在地有管辖权的法院提起诉讼;
- 本政策的订立、执行与解释适用我们所在国家/地区的法律(法律强制性规定另有适用的除外)。
18. 知识产权
- App 本身的权利(包括但不限于商标、徽标、界面、程序代码等)归我们所有。未经书面许可,您不得复制、修改、传播或从事其他侵权行为;
- 您在使用 App 过程中创建、导入或生成的内容(如对话文本、角色卡素材等),其知识产权归您所有或原权利人所有;
- 若您认为 App 侵犯了您的知识产权,请立即联系我们,我们将及时核查并采取合理措施。
19. 应用商店法律信息
- 您与我们均承认,本政策及 Ultra 的使用许可仅在您与我们之间成立,与应用商店提供商(如 Apple App Store、Google Play)无关;应用商店提供商不对 App 或其内容负责;
- App 以有限、非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的方式授权给您,供您私人、个人、非商业使用;
- 您承认并同意,我们(而非应用商店提供商)负责处理与您使用 Ultra 相关的索赔,包括产品责任、法律合规及知识产权争议(在适用法律允许范围内);
- 一次性购买完成后,退款与撤销规则以各应用商店政策及当地消费者法律为准。
20. 其他
- 本政策中的标题仅为阅读方便,不影响条款含义与解释;
- 若本政策任何条款被认定无效或不可执行,不影响其余条款的效力;
- 本政策构成您与我们就 MiniTavern Ultra 数据处理事项达成的完整说明;如与用户协议或其他法律文件存在冲突,就隐私与数据收集事项以本政策为准。

1. General Provisions
- MiniTavern Ultra (the "App," "we," "our") is a paid mobile chat tool for Silly Tavern enthusiasts, provided by XINGYUNNETWORK.LTD.
- Unlike the standard version of MiniTavern, Ultra does not include advertisements, membership subscriptions, or built-in model services. Ultra focuses on the BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model: you use your own API key to connect directly to a third-party LLM provider of your choice, ensuring a cleaner, local-first chat experience.
- Payment and Licensing: Upon completing a one-time purchase via the app store, you gain lifetime access to Ultra (subject to valid purchase records and our license verification). Ultra does not sell or bundle AI model usage credits or subscription services.
- Product Relationship: MiniTavern Ultra and the standard version of MiniTavern are independent products; each is subject to its own privacy policy and user terms.
- Important Notice: MiniTavern Ultra has no affiliation or financial connection with Silly Tavern.
- Privacy-First Design: Ultra requires no registration or account creation.
- By using this App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and request a refund through the respective app store (subject to that store's rules).
- We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced within the App and on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
2. What We Collect and What We Don't
2.1 What We Collect
- Device Identifier at Purchase:
- Upon completing a one-time purchase of MiniTavern Ultra, we collect a device ID (or a verification identifier linked to the app store purchase receipt) for lifetime license verification and fraud prevention.
- Purpose: To confirm legitimate purchases and prevent license abuse or unauthorized copying.
- Processing: Stored in hashed or tokenized form; encrypted during both transmission and at-rest storage.
- Retention: Retained for the duration of the license validity and for up to 90 days thereafter for auditing, dispute resolution, and refund processing, unless otherwise required by law.
2.2 What We Don't Collect
- We do not collect precise or coarse location data, personal contacts, calendar data, SMS/call logs, government IDs, usernames, social media accounts, or address book data.
- We do not collect advertising or behavioral analytics data: Ultra contains no third-party advertisements and does not collect advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, or user activity logs for product analytics.
- We do not collect the content you import:
- When you choose to import specific files (such as PNG character cards containing metadata) or select a photo as an avatar, the App accesses only the files you explicitly select.
- PNG metadata may be read locally to enable in-app features but is not transmitted to our servers. Avatar images are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not access your other photos or files without your explicit action.
- We do not collect your LLM conversations:
- Conversation content is saved on your device by default. The App sends requests to third-party LLM endpoints configured by you using BYOK mode; we do not collect or store your conversation content on our servers unless you explicitly enable optional cloud features in the future (see Section 9).
- We do not collect your API keys:
- All API keys are stored locally on your device in encrypted form. We cannot read your API credentials, nor do we transmit them to our servers.
- We do not collect diagnostic information:
- We do not proactively collect crash logs, performance telemetry, or other anonymous diagnostic data. App stability relies primarily on development testing and feedback submitted via email.
3. Platform Permissions We Request
We request permissions only when specific features require them, accompanied by clear contextual prompts. You may deny or revoke optional permissions in your system settings at any time.
Details:
- File/Media Access (User-selected files only)
- Purpose: To import user-selected PNG character cards and read their embedded metadata to enable relevant features; no broad file system scanning is performed.
- Data Flow: Processing occurs locally; data is not uploaded to our servers.
- Photo/Image Access (User-selected files only)
- Purpose: To allow you to select a photo from your library as a personal avatar.
- Data Flow: Processing occurs locally. We do not scan or collect your entire photo library.
- Network Access
- Purpose: To communicate with your configured LLM API endpoints in BYOK mode.
- Data Flow: Requests are sent directly from your device to the third-party provider; we do not act as an intermediary to store or review the content of your prompts.
4. How We Use Data
We use the limited data we collect solely for the following purposes:
- To verify your one-time purchase and lifetime license status;
- To provide and maintain the features you request (such as character card importing and local avatar settings);
- To enforce our terms, prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal use, and comply with legal obligations.
We will not:
- Sell your data;
- Use your data for advertising or personalized marketing;
- Share your data with advertising networks or data analytics platforms;
- Relay, host, or manage your LLM requests and conversation content through our servers.
BYOK Note: Ultra acts solely as a local client connecting you to third-party LLM providers. Your input is sent to the respective third party based on your configuration; the handling of the data received by these providers is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. LLM Content, Security, and User Responsibility
- This App is a local interface tool for AI role-playing; conversational capabilities are provided entirely by third-party LLM providers configured and paid for by you. Content safety, filtering, and compliance measures are primarily the responsibility of the upstream providers.
- In-app Prompts: Before starting a conversation, we remind users not to submit personal, sensitive, or illegal information to the LLM. You are responsible for the content you input and the content generated.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use this App to create or disseminate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. Violations may result in us taking restrictive measures in accordance with the law.
- Third-Party Processing: You should be aware that your chosen LLM provider may process the prompts and responses you submit in accordance with their data policies. We advise against sharing sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential materials during conversations.
6. Minors and Age Restrictions
- This App is provided as a tool and does not review content generated by LLMs. Users are responsible for their own usage and for complying with applicable laws.
- If we become aware—through user feedback or legal requirements—of inappropriate use of this App by minors, we may implement reasonable restrictions to comply with applicable regulations.
- Ultra contains no advertisements; therefore, age-related consent for advertising or EU ad-tracking frameworks do not apply.
7. NSFW Content Control
- We may provide NSFW-related prompts, reporting channels, or regional compliance notices within the App or its documentation to mitigate the risk of disseminating inappropriate content; actual features within the App prevail.
- Users may report NSFW or potentially illegal content to us via email. Upon verification, we may take appropriate measures to the extent permitted by law.
8. External Links and Third-Party Content
- Character cards, presets, or user-generated content may contain links to third-party websites or services.
- We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or their content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
- LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Ollama remote endpoints, etc.) process data you send via BYOK in accordance with their own privacy policies. Please select service providers you trust and manage the security of your API keys yourself.
9. Future Cloud Features and Content Review
- If we introduce optional cloud storage, cloud synchronization, or cloud-based content review features for Ultra in the future, we will:
- Provide a clear, prior opt-in mechanism and a dedicated consent interface;
- Limit data processing to the stated purposes and implement strict access controls;
- Update this policy and the App Store data security declaration prior to the feature's release.
- We will not upload your conversations, character cards, or API keys to our cloud without your explicit consent.
10. Data Sharing, Processors, and Transfers
- We may engage vetted data processors to assist with necessary tasks—such as App Store purchase verification, payment reconciliation, infrastructure hosting, or legal compliance—and enter into data processing agreements with them; data sharing adheres to the principle of data minimization and employs protective measures such as encryption.
- Ultra does not share your personal data with advertising platforms, OpenRouter, or built-in model providers for the purpose of delivering AI inference services; relevant communications take place directly between your device and the third-party LLM provider.
- Cross-border data transfers occur only when adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms) are in place, and we remain responsible for the compliance of the data processors involved.
11. Security Measures
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest (where applicable);
- Access controls, the principle of least privilege, and audit logging for production systems;
- Regular security reviews, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures;
- In the event of a data security incident involving our systems, we will notify affected users and regulatory authorities as required by law.
12. Data Retention
- Device identifiers for purchase verification: Retained for the duration of the lifetime license and for up to 90 days thereafter;
- Avatars and character cards: Stored only on your device until you replace or delete them, or uninstall the App;
- Local conversation cache: Resides only on your device unless you enable optional cloud features in the future;
- We will delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed for the stated purposes and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
13. Your Rights and Choices
- You can manage or revoke App permissions via your device's system settings;
- You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold regarding your purchase verification (to the extent permitted by law);
- Users in regions such as California, the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland may have additional rights (e.g., access, deletion, data portability, objection to processing). Please use the contact information at the end of this document to exercise these rights;
- This App does not require account creation; therefore, there is no "account deletion" in the traditional sense; uninstalling the App will delete conversations, character cards, and API keys stored locally on your device (unless you have backed them up separately).

14. Children's Privacy
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with such information, please contact us, and we will delete it as soon as possible after verification.
15. Changes to This Policy
- We will publish updated versions and include a new "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be prominently displayed within the App. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
16. Service Disclaimer
- You understand and agree that the App and services related to BYOK may be interrupted or experience malfunctions due to various factors, including but not limited to:
- Errors regarding your device, network connection, or API configuration;
- Service changes, rate limiting, outages, or policy adjustments by third-party LLM providers;
- Force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, or floods;
- Government actions, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable events.
- We cannot guarantee service continuity or stability in the event of interruptions caused by the aforementioned factors; the availability, response quality, and costs of third-party LLMs are determined by the respective providers, and Ultra assumes no liability or guarantee regarding them.

17. Dispute Resolution
- If you cause us loss through a violation of this policy or applicable laws and regulations, you shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law;
- Disputes arising from or related to this policy shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in our jurisdiction;
- The formation, execution, and interpretation of this policy shall be governed by the laws of our country/region (except where mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise).
18. Intellectual Property Rights
- Rights to the App itself (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, interfaces, program code, etc.) belong to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise infringe upon rights without written permission;
- Intellectual property rights regarding content you create, import, or generate while using the App (such as conversation text, character card assets, etc.) belong to you or the original rights holder;
- If you believe the App infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately; we will promptly investigate and take reasonable measures.
19. App Store Legal Information
- You and we acknowledge that this Policy and the license to use Ultra exist solely between you and us, independent of app store providers (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play); app store providers are not responsible for the App or its content;
- The App is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable basis for your private, personal, and non-commercial use;
- You acknowledge and agree that we (and not the app store providers) are responsible for addressing claims related to your use of Ultra, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property disputes (to the extent permitted by applicable law);
- Following a one-time purchase, refund and cancellation rules are governed by the respective app store's policies and local consumer protection laws.
20. Miscellaneous
- Headings in this Policy are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of the terms;
- If any provision of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected;
- This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding data processing for MiniTavern Ultra; in the event of a conflict with the User Agreement or other legal documents, this Policy shall prevail regarding matters of privacy and data collection.
