Enable API / LAN (KoboldCPP)

UI labels vary by version — follow your installed KoboldCPP. Goals:

1. Enable OpenAI Compatible / Chat Completions API
2. Listen so LAN can reach it (not localhost-only)
3. Allow the port in the firewall

Common defaults

Some builds use launch flags, e.g. (illustrative — check the current README):

Local self-test

Browser or curl:

http://127.0.0.1:5001/v1/models

Then LAN:

http://YOUR_PC_IP:5001/v1/models
